Multiple bonuses will not apply to a single deposit at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device, misusing bonus bet opportunities, or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements are considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, the relevant bonus and any winnings from it may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available across four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The cashback amount is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A bet once placed is generally not changeable. The option to make changes in in-play betting or live markets may exist in certain markets, which will be stated in the relevant section.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the case of incorrect odds or outcomes displayed as a result of a technical error or software inconsistency, jetx reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and refund the staked amount. Attempting to take advantage of a known technical error will be treated as fraudulent activity.

6.3 Automated Betting Prohibited

Placing bets using bots, scripts, software, or any other automated method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

6.4 Event and Result Decisions

For determining the results of cricket, football, or other events, jetx will treat the decisions of the relevant international sports body as final. Settlement of bets on abandoned or suspended events follows specific rules.

7.1 Suspension by jetx

In the following situations, jetx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Submission of false or forged documents
• Fraudulent activity in the account or payment system
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Once the request is received and verification is complete, any eligible balance will be returned.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive and an inactivity fee may apply. The support team can advise on the process to reactivate the account.
