Who We Are and
Our Mission
jetx is committed to creating a simple, safe and enjoyable online betting experience for players in Bangladesh. We believe that through technology and transparency, the joy of sports can be brought to more people.
Our Story
jetx began with a simple realisation — cricket fans and online gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh were looking for a trustworthy, Bengali-language platform where they could bet and enjoy casino games easily in their own language. This platform was built with that goal in mind.
We know that security and financial transactions are the biggest concerns in online betting. That is why all payments on jetx are handled through bKash, Nagad and Rocket — methods that people in Bangladesh know and trust. Deposits can start from as little as ৳200, and withdrawals above ৳500 are generally processed within one hour. Visit the jetx Wallet for full details on deposits and withdrawals.
We have not compromised on the range of games either. Hundreds of slots, live casino and fishing games from the world's leading studios — including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Evolution — are all available in one place. The jetx Slots section features popular titles from Mahjong Ways to Gates of Olympus. Cricket fans can support their favourite team in major tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup through jetx Cricket Betting.
New members at jetx receive a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. This bonus can be withdrawn after meeting a 15x wagering requirement. There are also weekly rewards, a special birthday gift and a friend referral benefit — all of which make the platform more rewarding for regular players.
Our VIP programme has four tiers — from Bronze up to Platinum. As you move up through regular play, the weekly cashback rate increases, reaching up to 1.2%. Each tier comes with new benefits and special offers.
Our customer support team is available in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, around the clock via live chat and email. If you have any questions or issues, contact us at any time.
